the girls know me by name; I never expected it

Hi, I saw the various ratings / reviews when I Googled Noral for the phone number. I bought my car there and I have brought it there for almost all my servicing the last five years. Here's my experience: 1. Service folks try and deliver! Yes, if I bought my car there I should have preferred service priority to someone who just walks in after buying a car from somewhere else. Yes they try their best. A couple of the girls know me by name; I never expected it but they do and use it. 2. They try to be fair. I once (actually twice) had a pebble in my brake assembly. Makes a terrible noise. Faz fixed it for free the first time! Now it is not often that it will happen twice but it did. The second time I paid for the labour and it was very affordable (around $100). 3. I wish that I knew the owner/manager who is around some times. While the staff know me, I don't think he does and well, I hope they think I am a good customer for when I get a car from them again! 4. The service work does seem to vary depending on who touches your car. That is common across all service centres / dealerships. I'll be honest, I'm happy with the service that they have provided on my car ... I'd say somewhere between 80 to 85% happy. All in all, I think that the service is good. Yes, it would be nice if they did body work.

. They make buying so easy and comfortable.

Traded in my F-150 for a 2015 Toyota Tundra. Absolutely love this truck. Couldn't be happier. Thank you to Niki and all the wonderful staff at Noral Toyota. They make buying so easy and comfortable.

The service & sales areas here were friendly and easy to talk to

The service & sales areas here were friendly and easy to talk to. I have had my Corolla for a little over two years now and will go back to Noral for purchasing yet another vehicle. I like the fact that there are girls in the service department who treat me like a customer and I am not talked down to - like in other shops. The labour rate does seem a little steep but on the other hand mobile homes here can cost $400,000 and everyone makes a higher wage than they would anywhere else. I'm so happy we have a dealership that sells imported vehicles in Fort McMurray.

treated as wonderfully as I was that very first day

I am a long time resident (since 1974) of Fort McMurray and a longtime customer (since 1999) of Noral Toyota. My very first brand new vehicle was not a Toyota (and I have nothing nice to say about that experience) but my second brand new vehicle (one year later) was a Toyota Camry and from that moment on I was a Toyota (Noral Toyota to be specific) fan ever since. 7 Toyota's later (from the same sales person) I am still treated as wonderfully as I was that very first day by all the employees: Management, Service Department and Finance Department, they all make every part of buying and servicing a vehicle enjoyable. Recently my Daughter needed a new vehicle and of course I wouldn't call anyone else than Noral Toyota to help us out.
