Toyota and Aeroplan have announced an exciting new partnership! Announced by Aeroplan on September 29th, Toyota Canada and Aeroplan are creating an alliance that mean Aeroplan members will be able to earn miles in Canada on all Toyota and Scion vehicles and across the full automotive customer experience.

Aeroplan, a premium coalition loyalty program (owned by Aimia Inc,) has a growing network with over 75 world-class partners, representing over 150 retail, financial and travel brands. In addition to flights, there are over 1,000 rewards members can choose from including car rentals, hotels, merchandise and specialty rewards. “We’re excited to partner with Toyota Canada to bring members an innovative program with one of the most well-known brands in the world,” said Kevin O’Brien, Chief Business Development Officer at Aimia in Canada. “This partnership will further strengthen our program offering and also enable members to earn miles during the entire ownership experience with Toyota and Scion including test drives, purchase, vehicle servicing and upgrades.”

Further details will be publicized when the partnership has been fully launched, but the building atmosphere of excitement from both partners is loud and clear. “We’re always looking for ways to add value and reward our customers,” said Larry Hutchinson, Vice President of Toyota Canada Inc. “We’re proud to be a part of this new partnership with Aeroplan which does exactly that. It demonstrates how making the entire ownership experience ever better for Canadians is a key commitment for us.”
